One message, sent only to a business that agreed to it out loud on a telephone call, from the same number that made the call.
Kentron Technologies LLC telephones field service businesses whose numbers are published in public listings and state registers. On that call the owner is asked, in plain words, whether we can text a link to a page about QuoteSchedulePay for their trade.
If the owner says yes, the caller sends one message while still on the phone. If the owner says no, or says nothing, no message is sent. Permission is recorded against that call with the date, the number, and the name of the caller who asked.
A single message with the caller's own name, a link to the page for that trade, and how to stop. Nothing else is ever sent unless the business writes back first.

We do not text a business that did not agree to it on a call. We do not text private individuals. We do not buy, sell or share telephone numbers, and we never pass a number to another company for its own messaging.
Text messages that QuoteSchedulePay sends on behalf of its paying customers are a separate thing entirely. Those go to that business's own customers, about that customer's own invoice or quote, and they are not covered by this page.
